do you take note of the change of seasons, the progress of the year? Now´s the time to pick the first fruits: strawberries.

Jam season has started I moved back to my hometown in 2017 to look after my aging mom. Never in my family life had I prepared jam. Ever. Since I live here, where I grew up and where all the women do jams ..., I started on jam-cooking, too! Strawberries are the first in the season to be ready for jam. Then gooseberries, rhubarb (excellent mixed with strawberries, it gives them a certain zing), apricots, then, come August, raspberries and wild blackberries! Wild blackberry jam is TheBest, really. imho Pears, apples and quinces close out the fruit preserving year.

Time to pick the first fruits, ... also in business. One of my "fruits" aka offerings is to sit down for a "pebble talk".

Are you familiar with constellation work? It´s a way to get an inkling about what´s going on between the lines in a situation, in a system. May it be a family system, an organization or a job situation. Do you know that feeling, when something is off and you cannot quite put your finger on it? That is when throwing pebbles at it can support you in moving a step forward.

It is a way of making the unconscious visible, and thereby allowing a shift to happen.
